The QSFP28 LR4 transceiver effectively handles large volumes of data by configuring four channels with 25.78125 Gb/s output power into four optical Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) signals for local area networks (LANs). By combining these data streams, it produces an optical output of 103.125 Gb/s, allowing for faster and more efficient transmission.
