The 100 Gigabit Ethernet networks are supported by the 100GBASE SR4 QSFP28 optical transceiver module. Multimode fiber (MMF) lengths up to 100 meters are covered by this 100G SR4 transceiver. It conforms to the criteria of the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and other IEEE standards, including as IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE SR4 and CAUI-4 requirements. Additionally, a 12-fiber MTP/MPO connection on the QSFP28 SR4 optical module ensures reliable and efficient signal transmission and reception. Storage area networks (SANs), high-performance computing (HPC) clusters, and network switches are all good applications for this optical device.
