Asteraix provides shipping services for network hardware, software, and related accessories to most parts of the Global country.
Please note:
• We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.
• Currently, we ship to rural territories/destinations that require higher additional freight.
• For bulk commercial orders, please contact support@asteraix.com to arrange customized shipping solutions.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing timelines vary based on product type:

Note: Order processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (WET Time), or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination:

- Orders exceeding a specified threshold may qualify for free standard shipping.
- Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional handling or delivery charges.
- Custom or build-to-order products may require separate freight arrangements, which will be communicated before shipment.
Asteraix reserves the right to adjust shipping fees to reflect carrier rate changes or special delivery requirements.
5. Custom and Build-to-Order Products
Many Asteraix products, including SONIC network switches, optical modules, and software-integrated solutions, are custom-configured to meet customer specifications.
Please consider the following:
- Custom and configured products generally require extended lead times due to engineering, testing, and quality assurance procedures.
- Once customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- Custom-built items may be packaged separately and shipped via dedicated freight services to ensure product integrity.

6. Order Tracking and Delivery
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and deliverable.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Take clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Contact support@asteraix.com within five (5) business days of delivery.
Asteraix will assist in coordinating a carrier claim and arranging a replacement when applicable.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, carrier errors, customs holds, or force majeure events, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues.
8. Peak Periods and Holiday Delays
During major holidays, sales events, or peak logistics seasons, order processing and delivery times may be extended.
We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
